We do not accept a credit card for down payment. The balance of purchase price is due at closing, said closing to be within 30 days of close of bidding. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the auction ending will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, WOOLSEY AUCTION COMOPANY LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor WOOLSEY AUCTION COMPANY LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. While this auction does not require the sale to be completed with cash, bidders should be aware that the purchase is not contingent upon financing, appraisal, survey, or inspections. Once the auction is closed, the winning bidder is committed to completing the purchase, regardless of their method of securing financing. These terms are outlined in the attached Contract for Sale of Real Estate.
