IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Due to very limited parking availability, ALL WINNING BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE A PICKUP APPOINTMENT. No exceptions.
Location Access:
- Enter alley off of Central Avenue, just South of Kessler Boulevard
- Watch for auction company signs
- Loading will be conducted from the rear of the residence only
Requirements:
- Scheduled appointment is MANDATORY for pickup
- Bring sufficient help for loading your items
- Please arrive at your designated appointment time
- Follow all posted signs and staff directions
- Be prepared to load and depart efficiently due to limited space

Online Bidding Information
- All auctions are conducted via internet bidding
- Bidders must register online and maintain valid payment information
- Dynamic/staggered closing times may be used
- Auto-bidding (max bid) feature available
- Refresh your screen regularly - we are not responsible for internet delays
- Server time is the official auction time
Buyer's Premium & Payment
- A 15% buyer's premium applies to all purchases
- Indiana Sales Tax (7%) will be charged unless a valid ST-105 is on file
- Invoices sent via email at auction conclusion
- Online payment link provided with invoice
- Non-payment will result in revoked online bidding privileges
Special Payment Requirements
Vehicles
- Payment for vehicles MUST be made by:
- Cash
- Certified funds (cashier's check or money order)
- Personal checks and credit cards NOT accepted for vehicle purchases
- Payment must be completed before vehicle release
Precious Metals (Gold & Silver)
- Payment for gold and silver MUST be made by:
- Cash
- Certified funds if buyer is known to Burgess Auctions
- New or unknown buyers must pay in cash only
- No exceptions for precious metal purchases
- In-person payment required for precious metals
Vehicle Title Support
- Title support limited to 30 days from online auction end date
- After 30 days, Burgess Auctions will not assist with title issues
- Buyers must complete all title transfers within this timeframe
- Title processing fees and taxes are buyer's responsibility
Preview & Pickup
- Preview dates/times listed in each online auction
- All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" - inspect before bidding
- Pickup at location listed for each auction
- Scheduled pickup times required - link sent via email
- Items not picked up during designated window will be considered abandoned
- Bring your own packing materials and loading assistance

Online Photos & Descriptions
- Bid based on item description, not photos alone
- Photos are for reference only
- Items may be photographed together but sold separately

Liability & Disputes
- Bidders responsible for all bids placed using their account
- Keep login credentials secure
- Report unauthorized account access immediately
- Buyers must resolve disputes with other buyers directly
- Our liability limited to purchase price paid
